Compassionate Journey Counseling

I am uniquely equipped to support the whole person—mind, heart, and spirit. I hold a Master of Social Work and a degree in theology, giving me a strong foundation in both clinical understanding and spiritual formation. This dual background allows me to meet people wherever they are: emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental listener with many years of experience walking with individuals facing trauma, fear, anxiety, depression, and even psychosis. I understand how suffering affects every part of a person, and I create a safe space where people can be honest, vulnerable, and deeply heard. I also specialize in working with people who have profound spiritual longing or questions about meaning and purpose. Whether someone is wrestling with faith, seeking spiritual growth, or carrying wounds that affect their relationship with God, I offer gentle guidance grounded in both human development and spiritual wisdom. My work includes supporting both individuals and families, helping them navigate relationships, emotional struggles, and spiritual challenges. When needed, I provide practical resources, guidance on social supports, and referrals to professionals such as psychiatrists, therapists, or clergy. Above all, my approach is rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect. I walk alongside each person with patience, understanding, and hope—helping them find healing, clarity, and the deeper meaning they long for.
