Introduction

I use the freshest ingredients available, including organic ingredients. All of my food is safely prepared by me, all of the food is prepared from scratch, and I put a lot of love into my cooking. Everyday is different, every menu is unique. I like shopping for my ingredients at my favorite stores, butchers, and local farmers markets. I love getting to know my clients likes and dislikes and then creating a wonderful meal for them.

Tamara met all of my expectations. I had a dinner party for 14 work colleagues, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed every course she prepared. She was responsive, had immaculate attention to detail, and was super sweet to boot. Thank you, Tamara for making my dinner party a huge success. Can’t wait for you to get back to the Midwest in May! The service was a 20 on a scale of 1-10! And the food gets the same ratting! We could not be happier everyone loved her and her cooking! We had approximately 30 adults and 6 children several of our guests asked her for a business card . Her homemade onion dip and freshly baked bread yummm! .she grilled the chicken at our home so it was fresh and wonderful also her fresh fruit display and dip were a hit her homemade potato salad much better then store bought and she filled as bowls emptied cleared and without a worry in the world we were able to tend to our guests! We will use Tammy for all our large events from now on! Tammy is friendly and calm just wh!at you want in a professional chef besides being an excellent chef!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of The United States Personal Chef Association. I have my ServSafe Food Managers Certificate. I teach cooking classes to children through adults and also am a professional chef for a fraternity for y years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to cook and honed my cooking skills and techniques by practicing and trying new ingredients and recipes. I was a co-owner of a pizzeria in Texas but my passion was teaching my employees cooking skills and recipes, along with catering. My passion continued to grow and I enrolled in the United Stated Personal Chef Association program and successfully graduated in 2006. I have been teaching cooking classes since 2007 to children, teens, and adults and continuing with my daily personal chef and in-home catering.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please, share what your budget is and be honest about it. I want to be able to provide the best quality of food and service to my clients.
