We were in from out of town for Thanksgiving, staying at my in-laws’ place, when their kitchen faucet started leaking badly enough that they had to shut the water off completely. Not exactly the situation you want the day before hosting a big holiday meal. They went out and bought a replacement faucet, and we briefly considered installing it ourselves… before realizing that was absolutely not the right move. We found David on Thumbtack and reached out, hoping someone could help on short notice. He replied right away, asked for a couple of photos so he knew what he was walking into, and told us exactly when he could make it over. He showed up right on time, just as promised. Once he arrived, the whole experience was smooth. David was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He had the old faucet removed and the new one installed quickly and cleanly, and he double-checked everything before he left to make sure it was perfect. What could’ve been a Thanksgiving headache for my in-laws ended up being completely stress-free thanks to him. If you need someone who’s responsive, skilled, and genuinely pleasant to work with, David is absolutely the person to call. Highly recommend.
