Jacob was great, he not only responded quickly but helped me with the best approach to solve my electrical issue. He didn’t up sell or feed me bs about things I need to do or try to sell additional services, he listened to my problem and solved it on the most long term and cost effective way. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. He charges fair prices. I will work with Jacob for all electrical needs at my house.

"I had the pleasure of working with Jacob for the installation of 2 ring flood lights at my home. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. He arrived on time, was professional, and communicated effectively throughout the process. The installation was completed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that the ring devices were properly aligned and securely fastened. The end result was exactly what I wanted - bright, well-placed flood lights that added both functionality and aesthetic appeal to my property. I would highly recommend Jacob for any electrical needs. He truly went above and beyond in delivering exceptional service

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not out here to get rich. I'm doing what I love to do and in that process, I'm extremely thorough, don't cut corners, and try to give you the most options and flexibility with what can be done with my skill set. all of which while maintaining professionalism, safety, peace of mind, and a guarantee to return and fix things free of charge due to my negligence.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get an understanding of the scope of work. what they want to be completed. and from there I try to recommend at least a few ways to complete that project while giving an idea of what is expected of them and me. Asking the customer for an idea for their projected budget because there's more than one way to skin a cat, but at the same time, I try to urge customers to understand that due to covid and other factors. the prices of materials have gone up exponentially in a short amount of time. and as for estimates over the phone, they're rarely accurate unless they're extremely detailed with pictures. the best way to get an idea of what is necessary is to have me or another professional come in person to see all the variables and apply experience and knowledge-based decisions while there's an opportunity to see all the variables at play.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AAS
completion of a 5-year apprenticeship.
