Introduction: RACKs Heating and Air was created by myself and my significant other to help the community with there HVAC needs. I have two daughters that the company is named after. We understand the inconvenience and how frustrating it can be to schedule maintenance appointments and the unforeseen issues that arise. This man deserves more than just 5 stars! He came to my house on a short notice; was punctual and very professional. He explained to me everything single thing that was going wrong with my furnace and just like he states on his bio. He makes sure that no matter what! He is there for you! And not the money! Look no further! He is the perfect person to trust in your home and he will give you nothing but the honest advice you are looking for! He deserves my business and needs in the future and will definitely recommend him to others moving forward.

Kyle has been great to work with. He was able to come to our house right away and find a solution for us. He was also very considerate of how any fixes may affect the appearance of our house. We will definitely be using Rack’s again for any house issues that come up.
