- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a student of Parelli and follow their program. I also study with Karen Rohlf. I watch monthly dvd's and educational videos on-line in additional to attending clinics and taking frequent private instruction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My life long quest to find a better way with horses than traditional medthods. Having been a licensed Realtor for many years, I decided it was time to follow my passion for horses and teaching.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whomever you choose as a trainer, I advise dropping in unannounced to watch them teach multiple lessons. Listen carefully to how the material is explained and are they willing to customize their explanations in a manner that addresses the learning mode of that individual.
