- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system but it varies because project is different. Some customers want Deep Detailed Cleaning, while others want just a regular cleaning once or twice a month and some need a weekly Regular Cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we visit our customer for a chat to ask some questions regarding what kind of cleaning they need. Then with all the information needed we provide them with an accurate proposalcexplaining all the process of their project, Also we include couple of refrences and testimonials from past customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep ourselves up todate by attending educational xseminars every year. There we leran new techniques and about the latest products in the market.
