Rachel F. says, "We commissioned Ed and his team to remodel our high rise 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Lakeview. In total they completely remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, sanded and restrained the hardwood floors, installed new closet doors, painted throughout, and brought our electrical and plumbing up to current code. This project took about 8 months, during which time Ed was in constant communication with us and our HOA, coordinating to make sure everything stayed on track. He was always accessible whenever we had concerns and made sure to address them to our satisfaction. Everyone on his team was very nice and courteous, especially given that we were living in the construction area for part of the time. Ed’s initial quote was accurate and the only overages were items we specifically upgraded ourselves or asked to modify. We are very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and Ed’s commitment to integrity and excellence. We highly recommend ES Carpentry for all your home remodeling needs. Very good pricing was a plus. The crew spent 9 hrs prepping, inspecting and insulating our home. There was constant communication between company and customer for the most part.If I could recommend a few things to Green Attic that would be to designate one person as the communicator, I found that talking to many people in the company was confusing. The other would be is to have on your trucks outfitted after the job is complete a blower to clean up driveways/sidewalks instead of trying to sweep the job site. Overall this was a very good company to deal with and wed certainly recommend them. Time will tell if the insulation does its job. Thank you to the crew for their hard work."See more
