Hired on Thumbtack

Pioneer management did a wonderful job with my siding ... there were some hiccups on both sides but they handled it with professionalism and efficiency.... they did a great job on the siding and I am completely satisfied!!!

We called Eric to give us an estimate on replacing our roof. During his evaluation of our home he had noticed things wrong that my husband and I otherwise never would have seen. He found hail damage to our roof and siding and directed us to involve our insurance company. In doing so he was able to get our insurance to cover EVERYTHING. New roof, siding and gutters!! Saving us over $20,000. It was at a perfect time because we just sent our oldest off to college.

They were very professional, and the quality of work done on our roof was great. The sales person was punctual and any questions we had were answered on the spot. My pricing is consistent with the market. However on an insurance claim your deductible is the only out of pocket expense; Referral credits are given towards your deductible every time.
