What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small Home / Townhome - Approximate square footage up to 3000 sq ft. Home price listing up to around $400k. Photo quantity will vary - Approximate Photos = 25+. PRICE: $100 Large Home - Approximate square footage 3000 to 5000 sq ft. Home price listing up to around $400k - $800k. Photo quantity will vary - Approximate Photos = 50+. PRICE: $150 Luxury Home / Farm - Approximate square footage over 5000 sq ft. Home price listing over $800k. Photo quantity will vary - Approximate Photos = 75+. PRICE: $200
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will have a phone call or text conversation with new clients. Find out what their expectations are. Some clients will meet me at the property (not always). It's a good way to get to know me and see how I work. They can see how I interact with the home owner so they can feel comfortable with me next time to go solo. After the shoot I will get their email address and send over their photos. I will usually follow up with them to see how they liked the photos and if there was any issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Realtor for 4 years. I have been around the Realtor market since 2005 helping with advertising and listings. I've seen a lot of bad photos and know what to look for. I have taken classes on photography and have done a lot of training online.
