Keith not only took the time to give a thorough response to gather what I needed, he went above and beyond to explain every aspect of my project. There is great value in his services and he was way under everyone else in terms of quotes but the quality of work was top notch. He explained his pricing and why things are priced they way it is and you never get the sense that he's trying to make a quick buck. The project was to install an extension on a cast iron cleanout with a PVC extension and cap. Not only was he quick with the job, he told us the exact part that was needed and he did the job perfectly!

At first, Keith was responsive and did a great job addressing my issue. There was a mixup with amount and I ended up overpaying by about $80. I did not realize this until after Keith left. I promptly tried to contact him to ask for him to refund the amount. He initially replied that he’d do it first thing in morning. He didn’t. I have attempted to contact him over the last two weeks. Still nothing. No response. At this point it’s not even about the money and more about what I’d do if I needed support on thr work he did. I foolishly reviewed him before all of this so that’s on me. I’d stay away because it’s not worth the hassle of wondering if you’ll hear back. Keith is more than welcome to pay me back and respond to this review and refute it. Until then…

I've usually had a good experience using this app but I have no choice in this matter with this company to report. The company has been non-responsive after an over charge ($200). Tried to use a credit card and was told the account wasn't set-up and I'd get my money back if it didn't get reversed. A reached out asking for followup a date was affirmed for service and now they're not responding. Just make this right. Really ridiculous to have to write this review.
