The final product looks amazing, but I'm a little disappointed with the frequency and quality of communication. We were not yet living at our new house when we had TotallyWood put hardwoods on the entire main level and if I did not reach out for information by stopping by or contacting them, I did not receive much contact from them. They always cleaned up their mess but left almost all the lights on at the end of every day they worked, which was annoying. They did a great job, but would appreciate more of a two-way communication without initiating it first.
