Jeffery was great to work with. He was personable and explained what steps he was taking to fix the issue.
He was flexible in scheduling a visit that worked well for me. Came out to look at the project and completed it while he was here.
Workmanship is great (I can’t even see where the hole was).
Also, as a single female home owner, I felt completely comfortable being alone with him (unfortunately I had a previous poor experience with a different contractor) and am always nervous having someone I don’t know in my home.
