I was lucky enough to have Katie do my makeup for my bridal shower, and it turned out absolutely perfect, exactly what I was looking for (Just like the picture I had in my head.) She is so sweet, patient, and easy to work with! Katie made the whole process fun, as well as making the afternoon before my shower very relaxing, as I was so nervous about the events that evening. The salon is beautiful, very clean, and inviting! I would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to have their makeup done for any special occasion! You won't regret it and you'll walk out feeling like a complete queen!

I have had my makeup done twice by Katie. She is very thorough and I was amazed at how steady she is with her hands as she worked around my eyes. I was looking for natural color and the end result was perfect. I would definitely recommend her! Five Stars!

Katie was a joy to work with for my sister’s wedding.  She listened to me intently, but was also very knowledgeable and was able to give some feedback to make sure my look turned out exactly like I wanted it to.  She was able to make me look airbrushed but natural and I felt so glamorous!  I would highly recommend her for your special occasion!

I highly recommend Katie. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I envisioned. I was impressed with her professionalism and her passion for her career. Here is a picture of my eye makeup before my lashes were done! I’m obsessed! I’ll definitely be going back when I need my makeup done again!

Katie is absolutely the BEST! She is super sweet, funny, and very talented. She added to my makeup for a wedding I was attending and it was flawless. I drank, danced, hugged, and it stayed put all night!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We travel to you only if you book a minimum of 4 adult services (for example: 4 ladies book makeup services). A group of 3 or less can be accommodated VIXEN Beauty’s studio located in Spring Grove, IL. A 30% non-refundable retainer of total day of services is due at the time of booking your wedding party. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding day.

    - Certified Makeup Artist - TEMPTU Airbrush Certified

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We work with brides, bridal parties, wedding attendees, homecoming and prom attendees, photoshoot models (including engagement shoots, boudoir shoots, and family photos), birthday girls, date night goers, and more!
