Hi Ken, Thanks for your feedback. I’d like to clear up a few things to avoid any misunderstanding. The total charge was $325—not $375—and that price was clearly explained to both you and your wife before I began any work. If there were concerns about the cost, you absolutely had the option to decline the service. When I arrived, both sides of the kitchen sink were filled with standing water. The drain was completely blocked due to bean soup being poured down it. I spent about an hour and a half onsite clearing the line, plus 20 minutes traveling to the job. I also had to modify the plumbing just to access the blockage with my equipment—and I didn’t charge extra for that additional work. I always aim to provide honest, professional service with clear communication.
