Introduction: My training involves studio time as well as road running time. There is more you can do in the privacy of a workout studio than you can do on the road in public. I also train small groups of like minded people together. I love giving my clients a good workout that strengths their body, improves their running stride and boosts their self-esteem.

I signed up for Run Fit in 2013 having just gone through some substantial weight loss. My goal was the Springfield 1/2 marathon. Previously I don't recall ever running more than a mile at a time. Bills program of cross training and long runs helped me reach my goal of completing the half in 2013 as well as the Lincoln Presidential half marathon in April. I signed up again in 2014 and he helped me to meet my goal of the full Springfield Marathon in October as well as the full St Jude Memphis marathons less than 7 weeks later! Bills style fits runners of all levels, there is a positive atmosphere of encouragement that will help anyone meet their goal if they put in their effort.

I trained on my own in 2013 for my first half marathon. I decided to join Bill's group when it came time to train for my 2014 half marathon. Shaved 23 minutes off my time! Felt amazing afterwards. Will join his group when it's time to train for 2015. Amazing experience. Bill is an expert and offered encouragement when I needed it the most.

I participated in Bill's Marathon training program over the summer/fall 2014. This was my first marathon. It was such a positive experience that I will be participating in his program in 2015 to train for another marathon. He provided water and Gu along the running routes and a map to follow. Before a run we would say "Where is Bill taking us today?" The routes were fun to run. The training during the week was great! It's also a great way meet people who run a similar pace. Thank you Bill!
