FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my line of work I don't charge the same on everything I do. For instance I don't charge the same hourly rate to mow a lawn verses going to a plumbing or electrical call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being respectful, trustworthy and honest goes a long way with customers. Looking like a professional and being competitive is also very important before going into someone's house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am well rounded with lots of experience in handyman services and maintenance. We do everything from maid service to plumbing. If I don't or can't do a job for a customer for whatever reason, it's just good customer service to help point them in the right direction on finding the right company for the job.
