My hot water tank began to leak. My stress levels began to rise due to the unknown repair or replacement cost. However looking at the reviews for A W Adams Installs I knew at least I would get a honest professional opinion. Well turns out I got so much more. Albert is everything you could ever ask for he left no stone unturned. From responding quickly to coming within hours. He patiently explained all the pros and cons. As well as cause and effects of why I was getting the leak. And did I mention his honesty???? I absolutely love the fact he doesn’t come off like a salesman. But rather a good trustworthy friend who insists you call if you ever have any questions or concerns.

Albert did a great job on the repair of our water heater. He came out the same day to change the pilot but quickly informed us that there was another part that needed to be replaced. He took the initiative to contact the manufacturer directly by phone and ordered the second part for me. When I received the part Albert came back a second time to complete the job. He worked quickly and cleaned up his work area well. We were without hot water for 6 days but we were thankful to find a good plumber that could get the job done.
