Josh Baietto replied right away, set up the appointment himself, and arrived at the appointed time. Advised against putting money into repairing the old unit, and showed me from the company’s website how it should have been installed originally. (This had been pointed out to me by various service guys over the years, so I knew what he was saying was correct. Asked for recommendation on replacing the boiler and the water heater at the same time. He went through the entire system, checking exhaust pipes the attic and the roof, so he would be accurate. He was organized to be able to put together two different estimates right there. He did not pressure me into anything, which I appreciate.

josh was great trouble shooting my furnace ordered the part needed fixed in no time and the prices are very good josh also came to my house the same day moved schedule around to fit me in i will use five star service & supply co. again they do great work.

Josh sees the bigger picture. He just doesn't fix the problem. He looks to make sure that the fix works and it makes sense. WIth the skills that Josh has, he doesn't see challenges, he sees opportunities.

The serviceman came in accessed the problem, and told my husband and I that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. He said he would call back when he found one that would fit in the space. He called, and said there wasn't one that size and we would have to replace the gas valve at 300 dollars plus labor. So, the part had to be ordered, it came in the day after he quoted it to come in. Then he sent another tech that was less knowledgeable to put it in. Needless to say it took him 4 hours when they quoted two hours. After all of this it still DIDNT work. I took the guy at his word that replacing the valve would fix the problem, but it didn't. Paid these guys $500 dollars, and waited 4 days with NO hot water. Still had to pay $465 for a new hot water heater. These people are ametuers, and should be taken off your site. Thanks for nothing. Lesson well learned.
