Inzer was quick to respond and was a nice guy in person. He like others quoted one day and all close to the same price. He wasn’t the cheapest but had an immediate opening and time is money so I went with him and happy I did. His three guys didn’t finish in one day so two came back the next work day. They finished the job and did a walk through to make sure it all looked good. They painted a garage and treated it as their own. I will have them back for more work.

The door from my sunroom to the backyard was stuck shut due to the frame sinking lower on one side, which was a huge hassle as it was unusable and I could not even let my dog outside. After dealing with a few other contractors who kept rescheduling or were booked weeks out, I contacted George and he came within a few hours, that day! He was honest and gave me multiple options on how to fix the issue depending on my budget. He even finished the job that same day! And he also suggested adding in a cheap, easy fix to an electrical issue I was having, since he was opening up the wall. He and his crew were so nice, professional, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very reasonable. I could not have been happier with the quality and speed of the work they did. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a contractor, and will definitely call them again with any future issues.

He then timely sent me a proposal for my review. His team came out a few days later and was able to fully complete my project in 2 days. I am thrilled with the work and George’s responsiveness. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give free consultation and estimates. While it is sometimes possible to give a potential number by phone, it is always better to see the project in person to give an accurate appraisal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone conversation, we meet at the job site to get the details of the project and evaluate the space. After I've seen everything, I return to the office to design the plan and put together a proposal. That is e-mailed to the client who then evaluates it, asks any questions and then we meet again to sign a contract and schedule the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training since I was 17. Working with painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians etc. I've always had an insatiable appetite to learn new skills.
