- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by discussing your project goals, timeline, and budget to make sure we’re on the same page. From there, I’ll schedule a visit or review photos to provide a clear, accurate estimate. Once approved, we’ll set a start date, go over materials and expectations, and keep you updated throughout the entire process. My goal is to make the experience simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over five years working hands-on in residential and commercial construction, learning every aspect of remodeling — from framing and drywall to flooring, painting, and finish carpentry. My experience comes from years in the field, working alongside skilled tradesmen and continually improving my craft to deliver professional-quality results on every job.
