James did a wonderful job welding my Mini. I had the typical tail light rust, and many big welding shops turned the job down. James made it look brand new! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give them an approximate price or rate for the type of job and if they are interested, the next step would be to schedule a date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for welding and have mechanical knowledge and handyman skills through working as an assistant aircraft mechanic at J.A. Flight Training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After exiting the Marines, I wanted to become self employed and discovered the need for handymen.
