LaWanda was professional and responded to my questions through text in a timely manner. The time window she gave for when she would finish the job was spot on. The balloondecor that I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with was amazing she did such a great job and I would recommend her to others.

She did an amazing job with the balloons at my son's birthday party! I showed her a picture of what I envisioned and she did it exactly like I wanted it. Everyone loved the balloons. She is also very responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonably priced. My prices are fair and reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process to to fully understand what the customer needs are. From that point, if the customer wishes to hire me I will provide a invoice via PayPal. A minimum non-refundable deposit (depending on date of event) is required to secure the date. The final amount is due no later than 14 days prior to the event. All payments are accepted and processed via PayPal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work when I planned my own wedding after I could not afford to pay a planner because they were all so expensive. The day was so stressful that I wanted to provide a budget friendly service to reduce that stress on others where ever I can.
