My 8 year old Craftsman lawn tractor began intermittently not pulling forward particularly up hill. I changed the drive belt but no improvement. The issue worsened, and I wanted a certified Craftsman mechanic to work on it. I Googled just that and BEAST came up in my search. There were good reviews posted and pick-up and delivery were available. I texted the owner, Steven, and heard back quickly. He was at my house the next day and trailered my tractor back to his shop. Within 48 hours I had a diagnosis and agreed to the repairs. Steven kept me up-to-date by text at to progress. Even with the Thanksgiving holiday and parts having to be ordered, I had my tractor delivered back to me in a little over a week. I am very pleased with Steven and his work and will not hesitate to use him in the future or to recommend him to others.

AMAZING! Great communication, very fair pricing, and punctual. Needed repair to a John Deere riding mower, but I don't have a trailer. Steven picked it up for a reasonable fee, diagnosed quickly, and repaired promptly. Hands down, some of the best customer service I've ever received from anywhere. Great communication along the way, and no surprises on pricing. Will absoltuley use him again!!
