Anthony arrived right on time to investigate a puzzling leak in our basement ceiling. He correctly determined that water was leaking from the refrigerator in the upstairs kitchen, which would require an appliance repairman, but the mystery was solved! He then fixed a wobbly toilet in the basement half-bath and repaired a leaky faucet in the master bath. Anthony was totally pleasant and professional throughout and we would hire him in a minute for any future work.

Don was excellent! He performance met all of my expectations and needs. He was flexible and adapted to unexpected problems. Extremely knowledgeable. He replaced my kitchen faucet and sink, all of the tub and shower fixtures and fixed my water pressure problem in our other bathroom. Was done with all in 4 hours! Will definitely call him again if I have a plumbing need!

We are not the cheapest company but we’re also not the most expensive. I’d say we’re right in the middle. We do offer discounts however and free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just to be open and transparent throughout the entire process.

I am a licensed plumbing contractor as well as a licensed journeyman plumber.
