He broke the cost of repairs and parts needed and the suggested it might be better we go with a NEW unit. Really? HONESTY, a rare trait in our technology days. Great service, professional and in case you didn't get it...Honest!

Frank came out to our location the very same day. He diagnosed the copier and he gave me the bad news. I was afraid it was going to happen, a 9 year old copier. His rates were very reasonable. As we were discussing things I brought up the fact that our Detroit office used to have a Ricoh copier and it lasted forever. Frank told me that is his favorite manufacturer and how great they are. In the end, he sold me a replacement unit that was less costly to run overall, includes a service contract, has a smaller footprint (we need space very bad) and had all the options of my canon 5185. He delivered it the next week (11-7-2016) and helped me setup a couple of workstations. His assistant Steve, went above and beyond and assisted one of my users with her Papersave software and installed in on several workstations.
I don't write too many reviews outside of Yelp. However doing business with BenAnn and Frank Soch, is a no brainer. Don't think twice about he is the real deal. A++ customer service, and he runs his own company, and charges almost half of what the big boys do.
