We did not choose this company as this repair was initiated through our home warranty. This company never answers calls and after several attempts to reach them via phone and text you may get a text message as a response. They received the parts and it took them over a week to come back to complete the repairs after several phone calls and texts from us to set up a time for them to come. Today when they came to do the repairs the tech asked to use our bathroom as soon as he arrived at our house. They should have stopped to use the restroom prior to their arrival. The tech left and did not even tell us he was leaving. We have no clue if he finished the repair or what the status was. We of course tried again to call to find out the status with no response from the company. This company is far from professional due to their lack of response, the fact that they told me that our service has been a "hassle", and asking to use our bathroom right as they arrived at our home. I highly recommend if you need your a/c repaired call someone else!!!
