On a very hot night our air conditioner stopped working. I called he was there that morning and fixed it. The price was more than reasonable, and he was so nice. Best experience ever.

Don is a magic man. After replacing the system last year, we had an issue with our AC yesterday and he came out today. Its all fixed now! We are still under warranty so all good there, he also gave some super helpful tips on how to keep the unit healthy, including changing the filter monthly instead of 4x/year.

Our AC unit stopped working Friday evening. Don was able to fit us into his schedule and come out Saturday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and had us back and running Sunday morning! Only delay from Saturday to Sunday was finding the part and due to weather. Extremely grateful for his promptness and completing the job. Very professional.

We purchased this unit 8/9/2023. We have needed to have it serviced every couple months because it won't run. We had to call service manager Chris to have it serviced again 12/3/2024 because the furnace wasn't heating. We requested they send a different tech because they sent service tech Larry every time we have called and Larry has out right said he doesn't know the system but they won't send a different tech. We told Chris that we would prefer not to have Larry and he said we could call out a different company then. We accept having Larry because the unit is under warranty. On 12/3/24 Larry said a sensor was failing and he "rigged" it to make it run until 12/5/24 when the new part would arrive. Today 12/20/24 he still hasn't come back to properly fix the unit. We called the service manager Chris and asked about it issue and he said he had no information on it.
