FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial meeting with a new customer either over the phone or in person to see what types of services are needed. I will provide a new client organizer for tax return preparation if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and receive approximately 40 hours of continuing education each year in the areas of tax and accounting.
