What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are FREE! Our low prices range from $175-250/hour for mediation sessions. A minimum of 2 hours are usual to reach an agreement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process includes a free 15 min consultation followed by scheduling a 2 hour Mediation session via Zoom. Zoom is used so I can service anyone in the United States!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nationally certified mediator and mediator trainer! As well I have earned a MBA, and BS an MA in Mathematics. I am a problem solver.
