- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to first get the details of their event, and to find out what their vision and expectations are for the event. Before, I start the quoting process I always take the customers budget into consideration along with time, travel, and details involved with the event. I like to have a person to person with new clients in order to get as much detailed information from the customer and to introduce myself face to face, and explain to them what I do, and provide with a positive outlook on what I can do to satisfy what they are looking for!! It makes so much of a difference to a customer to meet in person, and get clear information and details.
