Well Gathered Events LLC

Well Gathered Events is a boutique event planning and design studio led by a mother-daughter team. Based in the Chicago area, we create luxury weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. Our work begins with the people in the room. We get to know our couples, families, and corporate clients, then design an event that feels distinctly theirs. We consider how guests will move through the space, what they’ll see when they walk in, and how the room will feel once everyone is seated. Custom florals, layered tablescapes, draping, and lighting all play a part. Clients work directly with us. We offer full-service planning, event design, floral design, and event-day coordination, bringing the creative and logistical details together under one team. From developing the design and coordinating vendors to overseeing installation and managing the timeline, we handle the details so our clients can be present with the people they’ve gathered.
