What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is definitely worth the Clean-Z-Ness experience. The Cleaning Techs are taught to value your home or business as if it is theirs. If we are cleaning your home or your businesses; it has to be cleaned the correct way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I get them and discuss the cleaning project to see what Clean-Z-Ness experience they want and make it happen the Clean-Z-Ness way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the ISSA and Osha 360 Covid- 19 certification programs on how to sanitize and handle Covid.
