I don’t know where to start with this review! I cannot thank Gilad enough for his excellent work. He explained everything he needed to do and the reasoning why a certain or specific part needed maintenance. he showed me how to be able to do stuff on my own and was just completely honest about everything. The services we had him provide was installing a brand new garage door opener hooking up new remotes as well as a keypad entry to our garage. I was so frustrated and fed up with our previous garage opener and everything works so perfectly now I am so grateful for his honesty and help. He disclosed to me that I was his first thumbtack client even though he’s been in business for years so I encourage everybody on here if you need anyone for your garage repairs choose this guy you will not be disappointed. Although I definitely hope that my door doesn’t need such quick service again I would be happy to hire immediately. Thank you again for your great service and patience with me Gilad.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give an estimate upfront for the project I have, before any work is performed. Once the customer agrees, I'm starting to work on the job, unless I don't have the required parts, and I need to get them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty simple, we check with the customer to see if he or she knows what's the issue with their garage door, and if not we can schedule a time to come over to the customer residence, and diagnose the issue with the garage door.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the garage doors field, as a sub-contractor for some big garage doors' companies, and gained experience and knowledge about the profession, and got my own business established.
