I had an emergency situation and my garage door would not close all the way. I was referred by a friend to GK1 and they were able to have a technician come out within an hour! I am so grateful because I had to leave for an appointment and couldn't leave my garage door open with all my valuables inside. They were able to fix my garage door and assist me in programming the keypad that I haven't been able to use since I moved in! YAY! Everything was done in less than an hour and at much lower cost than expected. I made it to my appointment in time and garage door works great! I'm especially happy he could help me set up the keypad as well. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair!

Gilad is a perfect example of how business should be done. Quote received via email within 10 minutes followed by a phone call after asking permission. He was very patient with listening to my garage door problem and promptly advised what he thought the problem was. Was able to be at my location within three hours and called to advise when he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. Respectful, courteous and clean. Explained everything he was doing and provided instruction on how we could do it ourselves and proper maintenance. With the headaches of ignorance and lack of customer service these,days, Gilad is a breath of fresh air and my garage door is fixed! I highly recommend Gilad.

Tonight I pulled into my garage with something on top of my 4Runner. I smashed my garage door hard and totally shifted and damaged it. It was 7pm on a weeknight and I'm SO LUCKY to have found GK1. GIlad answered his phone, heard my story, and said I'll be there asap. Like 10 minutes later he was in my garage assessing the problem. He worked incredibly efficiently, diagnosed the issue, got my agreement to proceed, and literally fixed my garage door in about 90 minutes. I was floored by how professional he was and how good at his craft he was. Before tonight I had never met Gilad, but he has basically won by business from here on out. I couldn't recommend him more.

I always give an estimate upfront for the project I have, before any work is performed. Once the customer agrees, I'm starting to work on the job, unless I don't have the required parts, and I need to get them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty simple, we check with the customer to see if he or she knows what's the issue with their garage door, and if not we can schedule a time to come over to the customer residence, and diagnose the issue with the garage door.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the garage doors field, as a sub-contractor for some big garage doors' companies, and gained experience and knowledge about the profession, and got my own business established.
