Hiring Steven is the clear and obvious choice, he is now my “carpet person” Steven is the definition of a professional. He was fast to reach out and quick to understand the issue. The second I mentioned I was dealing with a pet improperly peeing on my carpet, Steven had a whole methodology of how to solve the issue. He knew exactly what to spray and how to remove the padding. He texted me an ETA when he was on his way and was here 2 mins before he had told me. He did the job perfectly and was done exactly how long he said it would take him. He even was more aggressive with his repair and replaced for more than u thought he would.

I had pulled up my basement carpet on my own due to water damage a few months ago, and needed it restretched and tacked down after drying. I posted the job on Tuesday, and Steve replied immediately. Work was done by 11 AM on Friday, and honestly the quality is better than the original. He was professional, kind and excellent at his craft. I will use him again for any carpet repair needs in the future. Also, he saved me hundreds with tips on removing stains on my own instead of using professional cleaners. 7 stars out of 5!
