- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price projects by area square footage therefore most estimates can be done prior to visiting your home. Clarification: an estimate is not an official quote, but it gives the homeowner a budget idea
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start a conversation, we ask questions about the potential project and take time to answer any questions the home owner may have. We believe in communication and transparency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have education on chemicals and substances, although Illinois does not require special education for painters we do have a building trades education. We take part on other trainings and education regarding new products and correct usage.
