Introduction: I specialize in Kettlebells for fitness and sport. I am a certified kettlebell coach (IKFF Level 2 and Ketacademy Level 2), that also competes in the sport. I also love training clients using unconventional training tools such as the Bulgarian bag, Battle Ropes, Indian clubs, sandbags, etc. I also have competed in powerlifting and employ a lot of strength training with my clients. Build muscle, lose fat! I love making a positive impact on my clients and helping to improve the quality of their lives, both physically and mentally. Melissa's passion for fitness is infectious. This is apparent in her approach--enforcing good technique, using different exercises for functional movements while also making it fun. She listens to a client's needs and will push you to become not just a healthier version of yourself, but also a better one.

Melissa has many certifications and is very knowledge in many differen area of fitness. She put together a program that was fun and varied and I got a great workout. She takes the time to show you proper form and is very attentive that you are following outlet form. I highly recommend Melissa as a trainer
