- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our knowledgeable and experienced representatives meet with the clients to inspect the affected areas, assess the condition for repair / replacement, discuss the full scope of the work, answer any questions, and clarify all expectations from the beginning. If storm damage has occurred, we advocate on your behalf with your insurance company through all steps of the process, ensuring that your claim is handled properly and that the replacement cost value returns your property to its full, pre-storm condition. Our conscientious crews always treat your property as their own - maintaining the site during installation and leaving it spotless when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take classes mandated by the leading shingle manufacturers to provide the best roofing systems on the market. Chosen specifically for our commitment to service, reliability and unparalleled craftsmanship, we are honored to have been awarded elite Platinum Preferred Contractor status by Owens Corning™. Certainteed has also recognized our proven adherence to quality, as well as an extensive knowledge of shingle installation, confirmed through rigorous testing, and has awarded us their exclusive Select ShingleMaster™ (SSM) certification.
