I worked with Bethany Moore Event planning, and more specifically with Hannah. These girls are amazing! Hannah was with us along the way even though we only hired them for "day-of" it felt like much more. Hannah was with us for the walk throughs before and available via email. It was AWESOME to be able to hand over all of my vendors/day of worries and responsibilities to her ahead of time and trust that it was all in good hands. Hannah rocked it!! She took care of all of the details exactly as I envisioned, made sure everyone got everything they were supposed to/everything was set up and returned as planned. She coordinated with all of my vendors ahead of time and day of. She was a total boss at rehearsal and the day of the wedding getting our bridal party on top of their stuff. If we had any issues/crises on our wedding day I didn't know about it and that's all you can hope for having a wedding coordinator - peace of mind and execution of your dream wedding. Worth every penny. On top of that she is so sweet and wonderful as a person! My only regret is not hiring her for more of the process (Month of/the whole wedding planning/design) and recommend them and Hannah to any bride!! You are in good hands!!! Oh and I asked Hannah to set up some things in our changing suite (robes, slippers, my dress and accessories) for the next day and she made it look soooo cute and special!! :) These girls are very organized, on top of things, and make everything trendy and cute and easy. Can't say enough good things! Hire them!! :)

Bethany was helpful in every way throughout the planning process.
She kept me on track with monthly calls and did not let me get ahead of myself when I wanted to plan things too early. From the beginning she put together a plan for the theme of the wedding and what steps to take when. Being over-organized myself, it was nice to have a road map and someone to calm me down when I got too anxious.
Leading up to the wedding, Bethany was great about increasing our calls and making sure all of our ducks were in a row. She made contact with all of my vendors to ensure they would be at the venue at the appropriate times. At times, there were issues with the venue, which Bethany helped me manage based on her previous experience.
On wedding day, Bethany took care of set up to take down at the reception. She put up all decor and coordinated all of my vendors to be in the right places at the right times. She dealt with any issues I had throughout the night and I was certainly glad to have her around managing the schedule.
I would recommend Bethany to any of my friends getting married, the reception would definitely not have gone as smoothly without her. As long as you’re able to relinquish some control (which I was bad at), she will be a huge add to your wedding planning process.

Bethany and Taylor were with us as our Day of Planner. As soon as I met Bethany, she and I connected. I wanted someone just like her for my day. Organized, thoughtful, well spoken and professional. She and I met a few times and discussed the expectations for the day, Plan A, A.1, B and C. She documented the details and followed up with all of my vendors. She was always there to handle any situation. She even successfully removed a stain on my dress from photos taken earlier in the day. Her strong attention to detail made everything work out wonderfully. They assisted with every detail and helped clean up as well. We are so lucky to have these two girls assist and we hope to remain in touch.
The constructive feedback I would have for Bethany:
- Once you are about to walk out the Bride ensure that someone is guarding the main entrance to avoid being seen
- If you plan to take the card box out of the space, please go to each table to see if everyone has given the card. At least 10 people left with their cards since they could not find the card box.
- I could have used a guard to allow the groom and I to eat really quickly or have a minute together.. maybe even pack a little something to go.
Overall, I give Bethany Moore Events an A! Great work!!

My wedding was yesterday and Bethany was my DOC for the wedding. Though I am a bit tired from yesterday's wedding but I wanted to write a review of my experience when I have fresh memory!
I absolutely loved her from our initial meeting before the wedding. Before I met her, I was not so sure about having DOC for the wedding but I was so wrong. She helped me with every single details with her professionalism. Her checklist helped me to prepare everything that I need for the day.
During the wedding, I was in panic mode because my maid of honor could not make to my wedding. Not only she calmed me but she organized and helped me with everything on behalf of my maid of honor.
From the moment when I checked in the hotel and till the moment that I was leaving the ballroom, she was there for me all the time, taking care of me and be the first person .
Everyone in my wedding including my family, appreciated all the help that Bethany did for us. She is not only very professional, but also very caring and kind person.
Thank you Bethany for all the help and thank you for making my dreams come true.

We could not have pulled off our New Years Eve wedding without Bethany on our team!! I selected her via thumbtack, the same day I posted my need for a coordinator. She stood out above everyone who contacted us, and her website was so professional I had to reach out to her. We hired her very late in the wedding planning process, after a last minute venue change was made only a month before the date. This added endless new details that needed to be addressed and a level of stress that I wasn't prepared to handle within weeks of my wedding. Bethany jumped right in only 10 days before the big day and started pulling things together instantly. She was a true blessing and there's no way our night could have been as magical or relaxing as it was without her help! I would recommend Bethany for any bride (or person putting an event together) who wants to put the details in the hands of a true professional!
