FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start with the size of the project and the current condition of the existing concrete. Sometimes owners can do some of the prep or cleaning themselves and save on the total cost of the project. Occasionally an owner can receive a discount if they can postpone their interior work until the winter months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by a new customer we will set a time to view the project, at that time we will take measurements and show actual samples of the product with color and texture options. We take these to the customer so they can see how these options will work with their existing color schemes. Once the customer has made their choice, we then set an approximate start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I've attended many, many training classes and numerous seminars pertaining to decorative concrete and concrete repair my greatest qualification is the fact that I completed my first decorative overlay twenty years ago and thousands of jobs later, I'm still here! Nothing beats experience.
