- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I enjoy what I do. so I offer discount to customers who are willing to have a great business opportunity together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) we will have a zoom meeting together, usually about 15 minutes. 2) I will prepare the list of questions to discuss before the meeting 3) hopefully most questions will be discussed during the meeting 4) we leave contact info and keep communicating till the project day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a master degree in science research. photography is about digital processing these days. for the art part, I taught myself from you-tube like everyone else.
