- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of cleaning, the size and condition of the home, and the scope of work. Regular Cleaning is priced at a fixed rate, while Initial, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out cleanings are based on the amount of work required. Additional services such as inside refrigerator or oven cleaning, detailed baseboard cleaning, or basement cleaning may be added when needed. We always discuss the scope and pricing with the customer before the appointment so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts Elite HC, we first ask a few questions about the home, the type of cleaning needed, and any specific priorities or concerns. We then recommend the most appropriate service and confirm the scope, pricing, date, and arrival time before the appointment. Our goal is to make the process simple and clear from the beginning and to make sure the cleaning is tailored to each home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of hands-on professional cleaning experience, working in a wide variety of homes and learning detailed methods for Regular, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. Over the years, I developed clear cleaning standards and checklists for Elite HC to help ensure consistent, detailed results. We continue improving our techniques, products, and cleaning methods based on experience and the needs of each home.
