My wife found HomeCraft Gutter Protection on Angie's List.Their marketing team came out and gave us an overview of their company and their product. They weren't pushy and answered all of our questions. Alexa gave us great incentives to sign the contract and even called corporate to give us more. The installation team was scheduled to come out later in the week, but they showed up the very next day.

Our first experience with Homecraft was not great as they were unresponsive. I called back after several months and had an entirely different experience. They salesman was on time, explained the process, the installment, warranty, etc. The next day, the crew showed up, cleaned the gutters out and then installed our new gutter guards. Took about 3 hours total. Professional and on point.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HomeCraft Gutter Protection's pricing for gutter guards is not as simple as getting a price per foot. There are many different factors that play into the overall price, which is why we offer free quotes and free inspections. During the inspection, we will take a look at your gutters, fascia boards, downspouts, inside corners, outside corners, pitch of your roof, your landscape, etc., and each of these factors are worked into your quote. By considering all of these factors, our representative can be sure that he/she is giving you a reliable price that will be good for one full year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our #1 priority. We enjoy meeting our customers face-to-face and listening to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
