Our first experience with Homecraft was not great as they were unresponsive. I called back after several months and had an entirely different experience. They salesman was on time, explained the process, the installment, warranty, etc. The next day, the crew showed up, cleaned the gutters out and then installed our new gutter guards. Took about 3 hours total. Professional and on point.

Hello -A few weeks back we inquired as to getting new gutters and downspouts installed. Our current ones were super old and starting to fail. After price comparing with a few places, we decided to use HomeCraft. After Tony came out to give us a quote, he was very friendly and honest. They were able to come out within a few days of quoting and doing the job in one day.One issue that arose after they finished installation is that they forgot to place my 5th downspout (while most houses have 4, we have a 5th in the middle front of my house). After our first rainstorm I noticed it was not there as usually a lot of water drains into that location and we had water pooling the gutter above. I quickly called the foreman and they had another team come out the very next day to correct the issue. Once that was addressed everything is working as expected.

We have contracted with Homecraft Gutter Protection to install protection on our gutters. We dealt with Paul who was very thorough, professional, and patient going over all the information and answering the many questions we had. We liked the reviews we saw for the company.The gutter guards were installed the following day. Waiting for the next rainstorm to test the quality of the product that was installed on our home.

My wife found HomeCraft Gutter Protection on Angie's List.Their marketing team came out and gave us an overview of their company and their product. They weren't pushy and answered all of our questions. Alexa gave us great incentives to sign the contract and even called corporate to give us more. The installation team was scheduled to come out later in the week, but they showed up the very next day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HomeCraft Gutter Protection's pricing for gutter guards is not as simple as getting a price per foot. There are many different factors that play into the overall price, which is why we offer free quotes and free inspections. During the inspection, we will take a look at your gutters, fascia boards, downspouts, inside corners, outside corners, pitch of your roof, your landscape, etc., and each of these factors are worked into your quote. By considering all of these factors, our representative can be sure that he/she is giving you a reliable price that will be good for one full year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our #1 priority. We enjoy meeting our customers face-to-face and listening to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
