Introduction: Message: I enjoy all ages of students, and share all kinds of music with them. I give lessons at my home, as well as the Wheaton Park District. I play for weddings and programs, and accompany varied artists. I encourage my students to share their talent as often as possible. Playing for their peers is their best motivation for practice. I hold a spring recital every year. Each student is encouraged to perform two selections: one will be classical in style, the other a popular choice. This is a real highlight for my students, parents, grandparents and friends. The music is great, the audience is the most encouraging a student will ever encounter, and the cake and punch are a great treat at the end of the program! I look forward to seeing the growth in my students. I emphasize theory, technique, a well-rounded selection of music and an appreciation of the many roles of the musician.

Linda has been my piano teacher for 20years, she had taught me a lot, to be more confident and have increased my skill to play more in public at churches, wedding and funerals , to encourage me to take on more challenging pieces that I might not have done , I so appreciate all her time and patience to help me on in my love of music, thank you Linda

Linda has been our childrens' piano teacher for the last 6 years. She is so patient and we have seen such growth. She has been awesome at making sure they keep the proper form and technique. She has really helped our children grow musically and is help instill a love of music. We are so grateful to have her as our kids' teacher.

Mrs. Kroeze is an exceptional musician and teacher. Her love for music drives her ability to inspire, grow, and encourage her students. She has taught 3 of my children who all have different learning styles, and each of them truly has discovered a deeper love for music. Mrs. Kroezes truly values each child and their distinct gifts, developing a plan that works for them. It's an honor to have Mrs. Kroeze as a mentor.

Mrs. Kroeze has been our piano teacher the last year and a half. This is our first experience with music lessons and it has been a very good one. She is very experienced and encouraging and has high expectations, which has been wonderful for my children. It's good for them to have a challenge to meet. I know little about music myself and this has been a learning experience for all of us! Also, the recital last year was lovely. Some of the older students were very impressive, which made me confident of Mrs. Kroeze's abilities to guide students to a high level.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My pricing system begins with #25/ 30 minute lesson, and continues with increments of that. A 45 minute lesson would be $37.50, an hour would be $50, and so on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always eager to get to know a new student: their interests, their motivations, their family history in music, etc. As we progress, this information is invaluable in the choice of "fun" music. I begin with theory, technique, and music that not only features these important aspects of the piano, but also enhances them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a BA in education and minor in Music, both at Wheaton College. I immediately began teaching music in public schools and continued giving private piano lessons. Each student has given me training in his own way; each being a unique individual.
