- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are very low for the industry. Further, we can often file your bankruptcy case without having to be paid in full. We can usually file with the court costs submitted. The attorney's fees can be paid after the case is filed with the Court.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief telephone call to learn about the client's situation. We then schedule a fee, initial consultation. At the consultation, the attorney will advise on the best options and discuss the hiring documents and the payment plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois since 1991. I have been handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases ever since becoming licensed. I have written extensively on the topic of bankruptcy and I have over 1000 videos available across the internet.
