Immediate follow through to my request for repairing the blower on my heating/ac unit. Showed up on time, went right to work diagnosing the problem. Alex came on super short notice to help diagnose an issue with rainwater leaking through an exhaust fan vent in our bathroom. He was professional, responsive, helpful, and charged a reasonable price. He found the problem very quickly. It is a roofing problem, so unfortunately he can't fix it, but he sent photos of the issue to me so I can send them to a roofer. Thank you Alex!
