We had a great experience working with Richard. He responded promptly to our request and, during the initial inspection, clearly explained the issue and any limitations of the solution. He proposed a solid plan and provided an upfront estimate. He then replaced the ductwork and installed two exhaust fans with great attention to detail and quality. The project was completed smoothly, and he was a pleasure to work with.

Richard did a phenomenal job of fixing my broken dryer duct and even went above and beyond by fixing the vent itself! I messaged Richard about my project on a Tuesday night at 530 and by Wednesday morning at 1030 the project was complete! He was professional, punctual and extremely fair with his pricing.
