Serg was punctual professional and explained what was going on with my system expertly. He did a thorough diagnostic, and presented my options, without any hard sales pitch. I hoped I could repair my unit, however, Serg showed me the damage within the unit, which gives me the confidence to move forward with a replacement. I highly recommend Vector K heating and cooling.
