Joey is an amazing nutritionist. I’ve been working with him for about a month now and I am down a little over 4lbs. He is always checking up on me and making sure I am sticking to the plan. When there is a problem that comes up with my meal plan, he works with me to find a solution as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Joey,I used him for nutrition he was quick to respond if I had questions,he gave me a a full plan including a grocery list every meal on there took no more then 10 mins to prepare with an awesome variety! I had such a great experience that I purchased a couple months for my son in law.

I have been working with Joey for a month now and I have already begun seeing amazing results! Ive lost 7lbs in 4 weeks and Im excited to see more results as time goes on! My clothes fit totally different now too. The meal plans he does are easy to follow, and I have never felt deprived which really helps me stay on track. I was always doing low carb prior to Joeys meal plan and it wasn’t sustainable for me and with his plan I can actually eat carbs and still lose weight, I love it! He is very responsive, super helpful and checks in regularly with me to make sure I am staying on track and if I need help with anything. If you are struggling to lose weight and need helpful guidance to reach your goals- Joey is the way to go! I feel like the value for what he charges is totally worth it!!
