Nick from NK Heating and Cooling provided an excellent experience from start to finish with the installation of two Mitsubishi Electric mini-split systems in our home. One unit was installed in our master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, and the other in our office, allowing us to efficiently cool these spaces without relying on the main house system—an approach that has already helped reduce our overall electricity usage while maintaining comfort. The quality of Nick’s work was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, answered all questions thoroughly, and ensured we understood how to operate and maintain the systems. This morning, I’ve already called my family members and my friends to RECOMMEND “NICK” AT NK HEATING AND COOLING for their window, wall, heating & cooling needs! My friends AND family call me first!!
